Gurgaon gets it first Linen Club Fabrics store

Linen Club Fabrics, the premium brand from Jaya Shree Textiles, a unit of Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd, opened their first exclusive showroom in Gurgaon, Haryana. Abhey Nair, Sr. Vice President of Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd. inaugurated this 59th showroom from Linen Club Fabrics with Rabindra Mohan, Asst. Vice President of Linen Club this month. 

Linen fabric is unique as it holds water more than cotton. It keeps one warm in winters and has a cooling effect in summers. Talking more on this, Rabindra Mohan, Asst. Vice President of Linen Club said, “The idea is to strategically coincide this launch with the marriage & festive season ahead. We promise to bring the best of our collection to Gurgaon to make this exclusive showroom a preferred destination for the linen lovers. We also intend to educate people with the advantages of this fabric."

Spread over an area of around 1300 sq ft, the store has a wide range of linen fabrics and ready-to-wear garments. With fabrics like pure linen, exotic linen blends, printed and embroidered linen, shirts, custom tailored trousers, jackets and suits are also available in the ready-to-wear collection. In addition to this, a new range of accessories like stoles, laptop bags, ladies bags and scarves is also available. The products are priced between Rs. 400 to Rs. 3000. 

In order to offer more fashionable and quality fabric to the customers, the company will be increasing retail space by opening two stores in Noida and Faridabad each. Adding to that, Linen Club Fabrics will also have exclusive brand outlets in cities like Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai and Bangalore. Expecting to open the new stores in an area of 800-1200 sq ft, Mohan added that the company expects a turnover of around Rs.30-35 crores from this fiscal year. Linen Club Fabrics aims to open about 200 more stores by 2015.
